[?]: Help me with "Tag Loging" Wincc 6.0SP2

I make a project with Wincc 6.0SP2 and i use Tagloging component.
I want to use this component to archive some data from PLC.
But i don't know how to use TagLoging to store data and if we can store data with Tagloging so what type of File it'll be store (.doc,.pdf,.xls..or something esle)
Please help me !
