i want to ask how can we use the autocad in electrical engineering?
and if it's important to learn it? because i'm student in fourth year
and may be use it in my graduate project if i know the benefit of it.
so anyone know any thing about autocad share it with us

Autocad Electrical is very bad "electrical" program - this is simple drawing program (main Autocad) with smile "electrical" macros - you self can write equal macros.

I wonder why one have included Visio and at the same time have missed, e.g., ELCAD and many others CADs.
Concerning Autocad Electrical. Seems as from older to newer versions Autodesk put a lot of efforts to bring real improvements.
Anyway, current AE version is far away from ideal.
I concern AE suitable only for companies without experience and mass of previous works in the area of electrical design (libraries,makroses, etc.).
