I have S7-300 PLC without Ethernet CP can I conect it to INTOUCH 9.5 with MPI comunication?
Can somebody explain me step by step how to do it?

Yes, you can. See Device Connectivity Matrix.
Just use an appropriate wonderware device integration server.

Just setup an general OPC Server (from Simatic.NET) to an MPI interface and use OPC Client object as a DI object. Should not be any problems with it. If it's a remote node (having CP5511) use remote suitelink server on it. I recommend 'old' OPCLink 8.0 instead of A2 FSGateway cause it's buggy.
