[?]: Intouch Tag --- how to write a tag and inport ?

Hello friend's i'm novice of Intouch , i have used only 3-4 time.
Now i need to make a new project whit a lot of tag ( aprox 3500 )

Is possible to write , for example whit excel a tag an relative information, and inport in intouch ?
