Does anybody try startup on PC runtime project wincc flexible or protool as service?

yes you can do it.

you need instsrv.exe and srvany.exe from the ms resource-kit

I try do it with these programs. When I startup new service appear fault that this service dont't startup on local PC.

I tried statup wincc flexible runtime project as service (W2000) with use srvany.
Appear fault:

Could not start ... service on Local Computer.
The service did not return an error.
This could an internal Windows error or an internal service error
