how to download program to op17. like setting the bitrate and erase the program.

for delete programm & go to transfer : in start up press "down" & "left" arrows + "esc"

left+down? Or Right+Down. Anyway, now I downloaded the program. But when I connected the OP to the machine, I can't use the manual mode(manual mode must use the OP key, I press the softkey manual, no manual step info inside ). And the OP restarted again and again.

However I test the OP in my office and link OP to a PLC(cpu 316), right plc program and right op program. I don't have the cable(connect op to plc), so I use the step7 link cable instead. The OP shows PLC $551 PLC address 2 not possible. Then another info is restart finished. Though the plc the red light sf is on, I can see the steps in manual mode. Even OP program is not suitable to the plc program, I also can see the steps. At least OP does not restart again and again.

NOTE:here restart means OP show simatic op v1.xx ram test ,etc.
the OP info restart finished is just a statement, the OP does not restart itself.
