[?]: How to crack s7-200 v2.01 level 4 password

the new version s7-200cpu (v2.01) have a level 4 password,
Disallow upload,
this level password protection will prevent the program from ever
being uploaded,even when a correct password is entered!
how to crack the password and upload the program?
