[?]: which one is worth to download PCS7 V7.0 ?

the file PCS7_Toolset_V7.iso
71x45 MB files + 1x16.1 MB files = 3.13GB

but in the same topic ,the file :

eMule link PCS7 v7.0
ed2k://|file|Siemens_Simatic_PCS7_V7.0_with_keys.rar|2960627198|FDF78A793215F43CB41EA3C30635111E|/ is only 2.47GB

can anybody tell me what's the different between the two?

which one is worth to download?

PCS7_Toolset_V7.iso is ISO DVD image

PCS7_V7.0_with_keys is packed HD folder + EKB_Install

Difference in a degree % of packing of ISO image and HD folders.
