[?]: Ethernet Card Realtek with CP343-1 Lean and WinCC

Post by flopez »

To all the friends please I ask for the aid to understand this that I go to write.
I am to use a CPU 314 with one card CP 343-1 Lean with a PC that has Ethernet Card Realtek RTL8139. I made a program has tested, with step7 v5.4 using protocol TCP/IP(Auto) - 8139 Realtek RTL Family, this functions well.
Now I am to use the WinCC Flexible 2005 with the Ethernet protocol and this does not have communication with the CP 343-1 Lean. Also already made the test with the WinCC V6.2 and the result is the same, without communication.
It will be that I have that to use a CP1613 or CP1612? To function with the WinCC Flexible or WinCC V6.x.
Help Please

Which hardware and software is required in the WinCC system to communicate with an S7 via a CP343-1?
Configuration Notes:
For communication between a CP343-1 and WinCC, on the WinCC side you need either a general network card (e.g. 3-Com) or a CP1613 card in the WinCC PC.

If you choose a general network card, you will also need the SIMATIC NET "Softnet S7" license to be able to communicate with an S7. The corresponding SIMATIC NET driver must be installed.
If you choose a CP1613, you will also need the SIMATIC NET "S7-1613" license to be able to communicate with an S7. The corresponding SIMATIC NET driver must be installed.

"Realtek RTL8139"
This chip is the worst one in the world for networks. Use 3com instead

1 Configuration in STEP 7
Open a STEP 7 project with Ethernet connection.
2 Add a SIMATIC HMI station
Add a SIMATIC PC station via "Insert > Station > SIMATIC PC Station".
In the dialog that opens you select the SIMATIC PC station.
3 Open the HMI configuration
Mark the PC station.
Open the configuration of the PC station by double-clicking on "Configuration".
The Hardware Configuration of the PC station opens.
Open the Properties by double-clicking on the rack's "upper" edge.
In the rack's Properties under "Compatibility", activate " S7RTM is installed
Insert the "IE General" module from the hardware catalog into any available slot of the PC station's rack
- in this example slot 2.
The "IE General" module is located in the hardware catalog under
"SIMATIC PC Station > CP Industrial Ethernet > IE General" (do not use the HMI IE).
The "IE General" module stands for all commercially available network cards.
Open the Properties of the "IE General".
Define the parameters for the interface under
"General > Interface > Properties...> Parameters".
Deactivate the field for "Set MAC address".
Assign a unique IP address in the network for the network card and the associated subnet mask from the IP address range of the controller.
Network the card with the "Ethernet" network of the S7-300/S7-400 controller.
Acknowledge the settings with "OK".
Important:
The address settings (IP address and subnet mask) of the "IE General" in the PC station must match the address settings in MS Windows.
Please see also the information in Entry ID: 17313385
Insert a WinCC flexible RT from the hardware catalog into the PC station's rack: "Hardware Catalog > SIMATIC PC Station > HMI > WinCC flexible RT".
Save and compile the PC station via "Station > Save and compile".
Open the Hardware Configuration of the PC station.
4 Component Configurator
Start the "Component Configurator" via the icon in the taskbar.
Assign a station name by clicking on the "Station Name ..." button.
Here you enter the name of the PC station. In this case "PC_2".
There are now two options for inserting the components in the Component Configurator.

You insert the separate components via the "Add..." button.
You insert the components via the "Import Station..." button.
Re Point 1: Insert components separately

Important:
The slots of "IE General" and the "WinCC flexible RT" in the Component Configurator must match the index of the Hardware Configuration.

Mark Slot 2 of the Component Configurator.
Click the "Add..." button.
The "Properties" window then opens. From the list under "Type" you select "IE General" and acknowledge the input with "OK".
Follow the same procedure for Slot 3.
Here, you select "WinCC flexible RT" from the list under "Type".
Open the Component Configurator.
Click the "Import Station..." button.
Acknowledge the subsequent message with "OK".
The "Import XDB file" window opens.
Select the appropriate "subdirectory" that you used previously for the "XDB" file in the PC station's Hardware Configuration and open the corresponding *.xdb file.
Acknowledge the subsequent message with "OK".
The configuration is loaded automatically.
5 Set the PG/PC interface
Open the PG/PC interface, e.g. from the SIMATIC Manager with "Options > Set PG/PC Interface...".
Use the setting "PC internal (local)" under"Interface Parameter Assignment Used".
6 Set the interface in WinCC flexible
In the SIMATIC Manager navigate via SIMATIC PC STATION to
"WinCC flexible RT > Communication > Connections".
In the right project window double-click on "Connections".
WinCC flexible ES opens.
The Ethernet connection configured in the hardware configuration is transferred automatically to WinCC flexible ES.
Activate the connection by the setting "On" for the "Active" parameter.
Then complete your configuration in WinCC flexible ES (create tags, configure pictures, ...).
Start the WinCC flexible RT.
