00000: 53 43 44 20 4C 6F 63 6B
00008: 8E 88 9A 8D 8B 48 01 3A

FF - 8E = 71 HEX to ASCII -> q
FF - 88 = 77 HEX to ASCII -> w
FF - 9A = 65 HEX to ASCII -> e
FF - 8D = 72 HEX to ASCII -> r
FF - 8B = 74 HEX to ASCII -> t

Password: qwert
