Hello lo everyone,

I am an engineer working on an ABB ACH580-01-082A-4 drive. I'm facing a "User Lock" issue where the standard passcode (358) is not accepted. The Access Level Status (96.03) is all zeros.

I need to perform a factory reset, but I'm locked out. Can anyone help me with a master passcode for Serial Number: 1192902404? Or if someone has the Firmware (Control Package) file for this model, that would be great.
