using plcsim v18 with weintek simulation

Has anyone asked if the way the plcsim v18 is connected to the weintek simulation has changed as opposed to the old plcsim. Because doing everything according to the videos that are available and the order is the same everywhere, I get the error connecting from the weintek simulation. If anything, I use this order - I create a tia portal v18 project, add something, run a simulation. I start NetToPLC, disable the service as suggested by the program to free up port 102, and specify the ip from plcsim and my ip in the required locations. I'm starting the server. I'm creating a weintek project, adding an s7-1200/s7-1500, everything is similar to the guides and changing the ip to a personal one. I add objects to the project, but when I start the simulation, I get no connection.
