The OMRON CP1L-L14DT1-D PLC device belonging to our company currently has UM (User Memory) read and write protection enabled. The device was used for training purposes only, and there is no actively used project stored inside the PLC.

Within the scope of training and testing activities, we would like to request your support for removing the UM protection in order to upload a new program to the PLC and perform read/write operations.
