I need some help understanding the Phoenix Contact Interbus controller RFC 430 ETH-IB.(FW 4.60)
This controller is installed in a NORDEX wind turbine.
The task is to create a copy of the memory card where the project files are stored.
I have the PC Worx 6.30 software. I created a new project, and in the DEVICE INFO window under the COMMUNICATIONS tab, I can connect to the controller only via COM4, because I can’t detect the controller via the LAN port.
In the controller’s menu, I found the IP address 192.168.8.2. I entered this information in PC Worx, but the program still doesn’t detect the controller.
My question is: Can I make a backup of the memory card through the COM port?
After connecting via the COM port, I open the Project Control Dialog, but the UPLOAD button is inactive — only DOWNLOAD is available.
(The PLC mode selector key is in the RUN/PROG position.)
I also tried inserting the memory card into a card reader. My PC recognizes a new device but cannot open it.
