Fx3u reading info

Is it normal when reading from a plc fx3u series for gxworks to throw a program capacity will be exceeded error when the reading completes? The parameters after reading show 8000 which does not allow me to open the main program. When I adjust that parameter to 16000 or higher I can view it. That plc is throwing an error and when I monitor it, it is showing error 6401 parameter error. Should I interpret that as a parameter error on the plc or in gxworks?
