[?]: Licence Block of TIA PORTAL

Post by sofos78 »

Good Afternoon.

I have problem last week that all the licences that I had installed by EKB in TIA Portal V15.1, V17, V18 and Step 7 5.5 are all deleted.
Does anyone know how can make the programs work again?

==========
(sfaq) ALM service disrupted by Windows update KB5058411
https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/document/109749283
(boom) After installing the KB5058411 the message appears:
"The 'Automation License Manager Service' has not been started! Please start the Service."
Remedy
Most of the time, it helps to remove the KB5058411 from the system again and restart Windows or reinstall the ALM as follows:
Uninstall the ALM from the Windows Control Panel.
Open Windows Explorer and navigate to the following path:
C:\ProgramData\Siemens\Automation\Automation License Manager
Delete the Automation License Manager directory.
Delete the almsrv directory at C:\Program Files\Common Files\Siemens\sws\almsrv\
Perform a Windows restart.
Reinstall the ALM Siemens_Automation_License_Manager_V6.2_SP3.exe (301.4 MB) https://disk.yandex.ru/d/qA3JuMSnuSSXNA/ALM
(sfaq) How do you deactivate the Trial License when the message appears indicating that the Trial License has expired, although the Floating License has been installed?
