Deltav Live problems

hello all, when I try to start Deltav Live, it shows "Deltav Live is experiencing diffIculties: DeltaV Live is not able to access data from the system and needs to be restarted. By closing this dialog, DeltaV Live will restart. If the problem persists, consider restarting this node." I re-boot the system many times, but also got the same message.Then I try to start Deltav Live administration, pop up error"Unable to connect to database, please try again in a few moment. if the problem persist......." Anyone knows how to solve these problems? thanks!

PS: Deltav version is 15LTS
