You cannot recover the password without going through tedious decryption.
On the other hand, if you delete the "permissions.xml" and "annuaire.xml" in your appli files, this deletes the list of operators and their associated rights. So, in theory your app should be able to launch without a password.
There is a third file, "motsp" which was necessary to delete on older versions, but I think it is no longer necessary.
