Schneider data logger register tim on miliseconds to date and time

Hi, I´m working with a TM251 Schneider PLC, I have the data loger registers every x miliseconds and I want to translate it to a real date with time stamp the problem is that i can´t touch the PLC program and can´t use the PLC libraries, I have an excel file and all the data there. Anyone could help me with how translate this data on excel?, I found some info but for siemens PLC´s.
