Lenze inverter 9400 HighLine DC-Bus undervoltage DRIVE ERROR

Hi all.
I have a problem 9400 highline inverter Lenze ,
The "DC-bus undervoltage" error with the response "Trouble" occurred in the "Diagnostic" of "Engineer"
how i can solve this problem knowing that the real dc-bus voltage is 563 volt
i need service or repair manual of 9400 highline

When repairing Lenze9300, we were assisted by the replacement of low-voltage capacitors (15-60V)

Try to check the DC voltage monitor it could be a faulty components, resistor, age degradable capacitor or op-Amp.

i think is hardware problem, you can send a drive to service or replace with new.
