Factory Talk View 10 Trouble

I have a problem with Factory Talk 10 when writing a string from the HMI screen, for example if I type "User" in the PLC I receive the data as "User$00".
Anyone having the same problem?

factory view. found same problem sting add "$00"
I add some PLC logic. fixed the problem.
