Siemens CPU312 and CP343-1 Lean and weintek HMI conection

Hello dear friend , im new to the automation with siemens .
Could you help me with how i make a connection.
I have a :
CPU 312
CP 343-1 Lean
Weintek HMI

I dont know how to make them communicate with each other
With my atempts the CP module gives me an error :
No valid configuration data found
Id be gratefull for anyone who can help
