OPC server For wincc Proffesional for Mitsubishi FX3

Hello guys!!
I have a problem to connect a PLC Mitsubishi FX3G with my Wincc Professional V13.
I have follow the next stepts:
1.i maked a new connection in RT Professional with Mitsubishi MC TCP/IP,set IP in the same range.
2.Create HMI tags in wincc that exist in Mitsubishi.
3.during compillation have no error.

After RT open,i cannot make command from Wincc...
