Problem on Panel View

i have a panel view 900 with these details.
CAT number 2711-k9A8L1
SER F
REV E
FRN 3.13

This project uses slc 5/04 my problem is that the panel view display is looking blurred like something that has low contrast some graphics cannot be read.
what do i do to correct this and how do i backup the project or can this panel view be replaced with panel view 1000?

Way to trubleshutting - to replace the backlight lamps.
Way to migration - to use the PanelBuilder32 software for upload & backup the project and develop it fror new panel type.

thanks i have downloaded and saved the program i hope to look up the superseding part and upload it to the new panel view.
