AnyOne Help Me how to read actual Speed Value of MicroMaster MM420 via USS Protocol:

first, i try to read this value. but i don't know what it's mean?

and I see r22 is actual Rotor Speed



and i go to this prammeter to change Process Data to com link. but I don't see r22 status word.
