[?]: problem with PDM - not full installed

Hi all

I am a new in using PDM software but I have an already program which has number of instruments,
now I am trying to see the instruments which was fixed on the network, in ( the process device network view ) I found the following image( remote I2 )



after trying to install the catalog by the PDM software I've got the following image ( error 2)



I'd like to know what is the reason for these? please.
