I am looking for the same thing. Download the file "l08030E_a.pdf" from mitsubishi official site. "wwww.mitsubishi-automation.com".

Hi! What exactly are you looking? Mitsubishi has DCS for power plants
called DIASYS Netmation ( http://www.diasys-netmation.com/ ).
Also Mitsubishi has redundant PLC solution QnPRH with PXDeveloper
process configuring and run-time environment. On the top of
PXDeveloper, Wonderware Intouch may act as HMI.

thanks Gene,could you find the software for DIASYS NETMATION system?and also does anybody heard about mitsubishi MELTAC-Nplus R3 system

No, i do not have Diasys and have no possibility to find it out.
Never heard about MELTAC-Nplus R3.
