[?]: dumping Eplan 1.9.6 hardlock .... error 38

when i try to dump my dongle, i get an errormessage like

"dumping .... error 38"

can someone help me

1.) program: eplan p8 1.9.6 hf1

2.) HASP Hardlock???

3.) SoftKey.Solutions.HASP.Hardlock.Emulator.2007-EDGE

could windows vista be the problem?

Do you run dumper as Administrator? If no, that could be a problem.

Vista is the problem.
Try with XP, it worx for me.
