[?]: how open Files created by GE FANUC CIMPLICITY V3.0 ?

I have some files for a SCADA written with GE FANUC -- CIMPLICITY Ver. 3.0 Build 301 its connected to several Siemens PLC S7,
I want if some one can help me to open it so that I can replace this SCADA with WinCC 7 as the PC's already in bad condition and we want to upgrade this SCADA
