problem in install simatic v5.3 sp3

I install but it requires ALM, i copied file crack in the folder AX NZ ZZ to the root of local hardisk but it didn't work,plz tell me why?

When install simatic s7, at the request licence from floppy , select, install later.
ALM is AUTOMATION LICENCE MANAGER and need install.

When finish, you not copy the licence in the AX NF ZZ (ekb file) but install from siemes.exe.

search in thi site (see in the "yellow disk" section) http://simatic.net.ru/viewtopic.php?t=218

Siemens.exe is a application that install the licence correctly.
is a intuitive program.

When finish, you can copy the "long FastyCopy" licence (SIFLA171040503.EKB for Step7 v5.3 or SIFLA171040504.EKB for Step7 v5.4 (not for Step7 v5.4 SP1)) in the C:\AX NF ZZ (ekb file) Or install "short" key (A1710453.EKB / A1710454.EKB) from Siemes.exe.
