It is very difficult to find a site for free place of greater files.
You should be connected to the allocated IP-address.
In Russia the IP-address costs 6 dollars.

hic, in Vietnam, it's difficult to register an IP of Rapidshare site
So could you upload SQL2000_SP4 into Megauploaad site?
I have already dowlnloaded 3 files of the SQL2000_SP4 set
and there is 5 files remaning,
