Error 1324:The path Grh?use contains aninvalid character.
why?
change the international and language to english in controlpanel, it's ok.

Hi,
Here is price update for CA01 10/2008. Move zip file in update folder of installed CA01 (C:\Program Files\Siemens\CA01_ EN_ENG\Catalog\Update)). Do not unzip this file.

Are You sure that You have 10/2008 version of CA01. Also when You provide this step (move zip file in Update folder) on new start of CA01 program should ask You if You want to update... On Yes CA01 should update prices. Did You try to uninstall (delete CA01 folder after uninstall) and install again CA01 from zero.

i download CA01 from above links, and when i copy rar file to update folder and run CA01, it dosn't ask me about update price.
is it necessary to install again (according to your instruction)?

Hi,
I see no other solution, because CA01 should ask You about update. Try uninstall and install. It is not long process.

Dear dsekulic,
i unistall and install again, and copy rar file before run the CA01.after running, it ask about update and work good.
but i have a question:
when it display the ordering data for one equipment, in price column wrote "on request",

but when i add this item to order basket and open the article, only price group display.

is it ok?

Hi,
There is still some products which have no price even with price update. This happened from different reasons (some products are phase out, some are brend labeled from other producers or other Siemens departments...). For such products You have to call Siemens representatives. About price groups this is important when You know discount rates.
