Didn't have software password, It can't do anything with it.

Who can tell, the Fatek FBs controller, when trying to connect or look at its status, disconnects the connection with an error - Can not open the customer ID file (fatek (a) .cif). Tried to deceive him and throw the file with the name fatek.cif in the folder with WinProladder, then the error - The format of the customer ID file is incorrect.

Кто может подсказать, контроллер Fatek FBs, при попытке соединиться или посмотреть его состояние отключает соединение с ошибкой - Can't open the customer ID file ( fatek(a).cif). Пытался его обмануть и закинуть файл с названием fatek.cif в папку с WinProladder, тогда ошибка - The format of customer ID file is incorrect.

Программа ищет при запуске файл fateka.cif. На одном из форумов был про это разговор. Как он выглядит, никто не знает. При наличии его вы должны пройти авторизацию. Решение так и не было найдено. Мне такая ситуация не попадалась. При сканировании сети на подключении, должна появиться картинка с данными контроллера. Что в ней написано?
