I've already tried decoding using OLLYDBG, but I don't know where to look inside the file. Can you help me?

Good morning, I tried to download the program with CX Programmer from a CJ2M-34 plc but it asks me for the password to view it.
I did the backup via CF card directly from the plc.
Can the password be found?

Hi! Your file is not a program code or has errors when downloading or creating it.
There is no way to open it using CX-Programmer.
