Кто может подсказать, контроллер Fatek FBs, при попытке соединиться или посмотреть его состояние отключает соединение с ошибкой - Can't open the customer ID file ( fatek(a).cif). Пытался его обмануть и закинуть файл с названием fatek.cif в папку с WinProladder, тогда ошибка - The format of customer ID file is incorrect.

I am able to open the program and Download to CPU, but I can not RUN the CPU since the PLC ID is protected. This is the link
