search a program to analyze and get graphs

i search for a program to analyze digital and analog signals maybe some task times with logging with out alot of program works...
to get min max range and some graphs

thanks but not what i search .... not compatible with some other controllers
that i have at work

i take a look at it... how fast is it? sample rate
opc from deltalogic is to slow for me

on the autospy homepage is only the 2.0 avaible
