Problem with Omron C500 have error i/o setting error i try clear it but can't can some one help me

check your IO table.

one of cards is damaged ?
verifies contact between rack and cards
change cards of position until finding one damaged

It can be some special module assign with wrong parameter i.e. address, DIP setting. Need to specify more detail on error description, refer to pragramming manual and look for special DM area which store the error code.
