WINCC V7.5 LICENCE EXTERNAL TAG

I installed wincc 7.5 I activated 128 tags license
in my excercise I exceeded the 128 tags then a runtime alarm appeared can you help me how to activate another license superior to this one.

Install 2 TB tags keys
