TIA PORTAL V13 PLCSIM

Hi there,

I have installed the TIA PORTAL v13 + SP1, because it seems it is the only easy compatible to simulate with WinCC V7.3 and v7.4.
Actually I need to simulate the SW I have and check if everything is correct in WinCC.
Once installed the TIA PORTAL works fine but PLCSIM it doesn't.
I read here and there, I need to download the Update 1 for the PLCSIM in order to solve this problem.
I've tried to follow the links i found here, but all goes to Siemens site, and to download them they require to log-in.
Any link to MEGA or alternatives for this update?

I forgot to mention I need it to simulate WinCC with S7-1500, just because I don't see any other way to verify what I'm doing is fine.
