Post by Radithadi » Thu Sep 29, 2016 6:33 am

Hello, i'm newbie and cannot understand plc

Can someone help me to create am example program for the digital alarm to level switch because I am now commissioning at site and I do not understand plc
I use the ab plc 1769-L16ER-BBIB

When level switch tkxx on--->Lamp indicator tkxx on----->alarm on
When operator -push ack-------->alarm off, Lamp stay on(if level switch tkxx off Lamp tkxx off)
And when operator -push lamp test ---->all lamp indicator on----->alarm on and operator -push ack-------- >alarm off and operator -push reset------>all lamp indicator off

Total level switch 7 instrument, 7 lamp indicator,1 buzzer, and 3 -push Button for ack, lamp test amd reset

My thoughts exactly when l read it 4 days ago.
PLC's must be very easy to use and you can't cause a problem when you alter the safety code or any other code :D

This is urgent, because the previous engineer who made the program plc and I were making scada it to this prject
but now he has resigned from where I work
and a customer asked for an alarm to switch their level

Can you give me a little direction, I'm sure it's very helpful (sos)

I almost finish his scada and for digital alarm I tried to make a program using ALMD but still experiencing problems and it was very frustrating (wow)

This project was done by two engineers
one that makes plc program and one that makes the display scada (i)
which makes the program plc has resigned before commissioning and me who have to go to the site because I made scada
but disite so much trouble and alarm is one of them
I tried to solve it one by one before 14 later (sos)
