Request: S5-115U communication blocks over Ethernet

Hallo everybody,
I need communication FB's for S5 115U CPU over ethernet.

Blocks are FB249 SYNCHRON, FB244 SEND and FB245 RECEIVE. I'm not sure they are different for 115 and 135.
