[?]: EPAS 4 v24 library PacDriveTemplate_V001641.lib problem

I have EPAS 4 v24 and controller PacDrive C400.
After uploading the program from the С400 I can not open it correctly.
When I try to open the project, a message appears:

"The following libraries could not be loaded (PacDriveTemplate_V001641.lib)".

In the standard libraries I can not found PacDriveTemplate_V001641.lib.
There is only PacDriveTemplate_V001643.lib.
I suspect that this library was used in earlier versions EPAS-4.

Please help me find PacDriveTemplate_V001641.lib.
