Problem with Festo FluidSIM

Hi guys, i am using festo fluidsim pneumatic 4.5. The software work fine, except when from integrated didactic material i try to open some links, which i think are educational animated video, and the software stop working/crashed. I run the program with windows 8 64bit & 32 bit and i face the same situation. Can somebody face same problem give me a solution? Thanks in advance
