[?]: EPLAN 2.2 (WARNING message )

Hi guys,

there is a major problem with eplan 2.2 and all dongle emulation tricks.
They rewrote the complete HASP Interface, and there is a hoax message included.(yes, 2.2 only works with the latest)
If you are lucky, you will get it work for 30 days, but "DO NOT CALL THE HOTLINE IF YOU GET THIS ERROR:"

Aufgrund eines Hardwarekonfliktes kann EPLAN auf Ihrem System nur mit eingeschräkter Leistung ausgeführt werden.
[Fehler: 4521]
Bitte wenden Sie sich zur Lösungen dieses Problems an Ihren Händler.

Error: 4521 means "Dongle Emulation found".

After that message Eplan starts without any problems.

So if you reproduce your original dongle to a software dongle plz don't call the hotline before anyone has a solution for that.

Temp Solution:
(all done with multikey.sys / tested with 32/64Bit.)

After 30 days it asks again for the serial number.
Enter your serial you'll get a message: License file is corrupt.
Delete your license in user/all/eplan/common and enter the serial number again.
Now it will work for 30 days again.

This is not a comfortable solution, but it works.

If you are using the 32 bit dongle emulator called "HASP HL Emulator" instead of multikey.sys, the new Licence Manager will not allow you to install the device driver. So it is time to say "Goodbye" for this emu.

Note: Eplan 2.2x will be the last x86/x64 bit version of Eplan P8. Newer versions = 64bit only.
