?:need programm for managing/control big electrical project

hi all

im looking for some SW to manage electrical project , some automatic solution for organize the flow and construction of project.
its about big projects which inclouding a alot of diferent machines , distribution , control , safety and communication ; factory lines building.
i dont need solution which including the drawing part like eplan and the others , i need only the orginazation tool for construction and list of materials controlling
i'll be verry happy to get from you some advices.
