Hi all, if I install 2024 Update 2, the program hangs when I try to import user settings. The program just crashes. Import works normally. Who has encountered this?

I wanted to let you know that Eplan contacted my company few days ago reporting we are using a not original license other than the original ones that we have.
They could tell us PC NAME and ACCOUNT NAME. They didn't want to share with us other data but I suspect they could know much more about that PC like MAC address and other nice data that aren't cleaned by formatting it.
Luckily that PC was used for testing and not for work. It had 2.9 up15 and 2023 up5 on it.
So the program sends data to Eplan, insert those four lines into hosts file doesn't help.
Pay attention and buy original!
