how i can download to op270 with MPI and serial
my pc have cp5512 and cable MPI and ProTool v6.sp3

PLC doesn't see OP on it's MPI network.
OP is in transfer mode.
OP MPI adress is 1
CPU adress 2
PC adress 0
setting of transfer in op is MPI.
chanel2=MPI,speed=187,5
in plc same settings

what message you recive from protool?
transfer settings in protool?chanel=MPI,op adress=1?

Direct connection pc to op with mpi message can not connect to op.
way two connect pc to plc and op but plc cannot see node 1(op) in the mpi network.

try connect com way
use this cable pinout
PC COM-port <---> Panel COM-port in
