[?]: recompile firmware of simatic HMI MP277

I have Simatic HMI MP277.
i took backup by using usb and as well as prosave.
i have both backup. one file is .psb and another is pdata.fwx.
anyone can tell me that how can i modify this project is winccc.
because it is not openeing in wincc.
it is just opening in wincc runtime.

I checked this software but my tags are not showing correctly. i thinks this project is in chinese so how could i read tags name correctly
