Help to repair about passwork login to HMI Siemens

Dear Collect,

Now i had problems about the login user to HMI Siemens.
With this user i set up for login to HMI siemens and set for any location i need to protect and i login it ok.
some time i login with this user right, but at the any location i get the this user & password it display wrong.
Currently I have to reprogram the HMI every time the no-login problem occurs.
Now i don't know why it happen, so everyone can help me to repair this problems.

As from version WinCC flexible 2008, it is possible to set the number of invalid login attempts.
The number entered defines how many attempts a user has before being assigned to the "Unauthorized" group.
You can set 0 to 9 for the number of invalid attempts.
The number 0 stands for an infinite number of login attempts.

I working on the simatic S7-1200 so HMI integration at there.
Every time I log in with an error, I have to reset the HMI program for it.
Please help me to repair.
