[?]: install the WinCC_flexible_SMART_V3SP2?

Dear
I am installing the WinCC_flexible_SMART_V3SP2,
but it will occur the error when it is extracting the files to the folder C:\temp\SiWa_WinCC_flexible_SMART_V3SP2.
My windows version is windows 10, version:21H1, the internal version 19043.1237.
Who can help to me to clear the problem?
